To return a product, please email us to receive an authorization number.
Please provide an explanation why you want to return the item along with photo documentation. We must receive your request for return within 3 days of receiving your purchase.
If the product is defective, we will remedy the issue with replacement parts. If we are unable to correct the issue, a full replacement will be sent. These situations occur very rarely and we will need you to send us a photo of the item to verify any claims.
We do not allow returns in cases of buyers remorse or mistaken purchase unless the product is unopened and returned to us at the customer’s expense in the original box. In that case, we will process your return within three business days after receipt of your package and we will refund your purchase minus initial shipping expenses back to your credit card.
