This adaptor plate is designed to help attach a bedframe to an existing headboard.
All Knickerbocker bed frames come with headboard bracket plates. However, sometimes an existing headboard has an odd spaced hole pattern. Or, the headboard holes do not line up correctly with the bed frame bracket. This modification plate gives more surface area and attachment points to connect the bed frame with a headboard.
