Great customer service! Got a great mattress and frame for a great price. Highly recommend Jennifer over there. She is very professional and will make a deal work for you.

I worked with Jason and Sylvia! They both keep me updated on my special delivery. Jason even went above and beyond for me, rented a van and made two trips to my location. Just to make sure my incoming visiting family had a place to sleep! These where not even the mattresses I ordered, they where better!!! Mine would not have come in on time! These where loners!!! We loved them so much we called and said, we will take these!!! SOOO accommodating they are. I would highly recommend going to American mattress in Jackson Tennessee before going anywhere else. Speak with Jason!!! I WILL be coming back for the bunk bed mattresses!!!! Thank you again Jason!!!!

So impressed with Julia’s enthusiasm and knowledge of product. Decided on our conversation alone we will be stopping by tomorrow to get our son a bed for his college new college apartment. Great employees like that are hard to fine.
