I had an exceptional experience purchasing a new mattress from the store today. Amanda, the sales representative, was patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful. She led me through a customized AI system to determine my mattress needs. The machine was awesome to use. Then she encouraged me to try a lot of different mattresses to make my final decision. She worked within my budget and I walked away with a great deal. Just top notch customer service, a large selection of inventory, and a great price. I highly recommend.

Very well-stocked and very knowledgeable sales associate Ellis St. Pierre. Didn’t rush us for a purchase decision but let us take plenty of time to decide on most comfortable product. Decision was easy. Worked on the price and made it reasonable. Ellis made this experience very pleasant. We will return again.

I had a wonderful experience at Mattress Direct on Airline Highway in Baton Rouge. From the moment I walked in, Amanda made me feel welcome with her warm, friendly attitude. She took the time to listen to what I needed and showed me the best mattresses within my budget. I ended up purchasing both a king-size and a queen-size mattress at an excellent price. To my surprise, I also found a charming dog-shaped pillow, called HELPFUL HUSKY PILLOW CUB, for my daughter, and she adores it! What stands out the most is the variety of options they offer — whether you’re looking for a budget-friendly mattress or something more luxurious, they have it all. The entire shopping process was smooth, the customer service was top-tier, and the deals were better than I expected. If you’re in Baton Rouge and need a mattress, I highly recommend visiting Mattress Direct. Don’t hesitate — Amanda will take care of you, and you won’t regret it!
